How It Works:

Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of unverified shipments.
Processing Time: Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 to 10 business days once received and inspected.

Charges & Deductions:

Exchanges: A standard shipping fee of Rs. 250/- applies to deliver the replacement item.
Refunds: Applicable shipping charges (for one or both ways) and government taxes are deducted from the refund amount. For items with free shipping promotions, original transit costs and taxes will still be deducted from the final payout.
